A two towers structure with multiple bridges connecting them on different levels, built on a podium that serves as 1st and mezzanine floors for offices and shops, and 20 floors in the towers for hotel rooms and suites. A total built-up area of 462,300 sqft., designed mainly with glass and aluminum in very modern detailed design, with a high garden above the podium and plenty of room for water fountains and light designs that highlight the structure. Located in Garhood area near Dubai Festival City, the design proposal based on creating two towers with a height of podium and 20 typical floors. One tower design for Hotel Room, and the other one as Residential Apartment. Both buildings connected with three futuristic bridges in a different level and different angle which gives more connectivity for the towers. In the roof of the podium and between the two towers create entertainment such as pools, gym, kids play area and outdoor terrace and cafeteria. The Hotel Tower is designed with straight and simple lines and located to view the creek side, whereas the Residential Tower designed with slightly curved to have more exposure to the view.
