The proposed designed is for Dubai civil aviation authority located in al Garhoud Dubai. The building consists of G+M+3+Roof Floor with an exact area of total 89311.00 sq.ft. Imitate an airplane lines using very smooth lines, creating building front edge to give the sense of aviation headquarter building. It is an office building located in Al Garhood area on two roads which help to create angle approach to the building. Internally, its open spaces design building with central service core, its ground plus mezzanine, plus three typical floors. The ground and mezzanine design as Main Reception, Administration, Coffee shop, and Multipurpose Hall. First and second floors are for the Departments of the Aviation Authority, and the third floor dedicated for the Board of Directors, CEO office, Ballroom, and Secretarial Office.Elevation has smooth lines and distortion surface which gives modern sense and aerospace feeling. The elevation material is a cladding hi-tech perforated aluminum cladding with a glass window. Also, the elevation was with the smooth white surface to imitate the plane surface and shape. All the office›s window expands with full glass window floor to ceiling which gives natural light to the internal space.
