A design Competition submitted for designing residential complexes located on four plots in the Dubai world central in Jebal Ali. The two adjacent plot are designed as one connected complex with a podium and 2 separate masses, one of which takes the shape of a sail with clear glass cladding to add more transparency to the building. The total built up area of the project is over 400,000 sq.ft
